Oscar is the light of my life…he will be thirteen years old in January and has travelled through three states with me. He’s helped me through trauma and has been there to cuddle with, even though he doesn’t really like it, since his sister Nina passed on March 8, 2010. He’s my rock…to him hearing good boy is just like winning the lottery every time!
He’s such a happy dog that, even though he’s pushing 91 he continues to follow me up the sides of mountains…mile after mile after mile…just so mama can see the view
I wish I could have him for another dozen years or so…

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I had forgotten I’d written this…made me cry
I love my boy!!
You are welcome.
It really touched me how you wrote that he follows you up mountains just so you can have a view. What a wonderful friend.
Love the hat and sunglasses but what is even better is how happy he looks wearing them
hahaha, I can tell you he’s definitely NOT happy about them…the glasses are holding the hat on and the velcro on the glasses sticks to his fur or, believe me, he wouldn’t be wearing that get up. He always looks happy in his photo’s because I get so much joy out of taking them…lol! I swear that dog lives to get a positive reaction out of people…especially me
Thanks so much for your comments!
